The Role

Crescendo is building an agentic billing system that collects operational metrics and presents a billing dashboard for our customers.  Crescendo is an AI-native contact center platform that is offered with outcome-based pricing.  The billing dashboard will show CX outcomes and projections while also providing detailed billing information.

We’re looking for a high agency Technical Product Manager with CX domain experience who is comfortable using agentic coding tools to build software.  While supported by an elite Agentic engineering team for scalable and secure product delivery, this product manager would be building a fully working first pass of this system.

This product will collect and organize operational data from multiple sources including the Crescendo technology platform as well as our sales contracts database and financial information from our finance and invoicing services.  This data will be presented on a self-service billing dashboard for Crescendo enterprise customers.

As a Crescendo Technical Product Manager you would work closely with engineering and interface directly with Crescendo Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.

What You’ll Own:

 Crescendo Billing Dashboard

• Identify principle value-drivers to render on the Crescendo billing dashboard
• Present AI-generated insights advising Crescendo customers on how to optimize CX value creation.
• Deliver a billing dashboard within the Crescendo technology platform, supported by Crescendo engineering and design

Billing Details

• Translate Crescendo sales and packaging model into instructions (prompts) for AI to generate code and produce bills.
• Access historical invoices and forecast future invoices to offer pricing transparency for Crescendo customers.
• Offer scenario modeling to support CX adjustments

Systems integration

• Connect to Crescendo technology for principle billing metrics
• Connect to Crescendo internal contract database for sales contracts
• Connect to Crescendo internal CRM for Customer profile data
• Connect to Crescendo invoicing service (Stripe)

Hands-on product building
This role includes implementation—not just specification.

You will:

• Prototype a billing dashboard
• Produce integrations to internal systems (via APIs and Agentic coding tools)
• Collaborate with Crescendo Engineering on production of secure and scalable implementation within the Crescendo technology platform

What Success Looks Like in the First 3 Months

• A fully functioning prototype that can produce accurate billing for a pilot cohort
• Clear plan to implement at scale for all Crescendo customers (hundreds of customers)
• Outlook for linkage to Crescendo finance systems to correlate billing to margin forecasting.
• Internal teams actively rely on forecasting outputs to plan delivery

• 3–8 years experience across product, engineering, or applied AI workflows
• Familiar with enterprise sales contracts and enterprise software pricing/packaging
• Comfortable with financial modeling
• Enthusiasm for building agents, automations, or internal tools using agentic coding tools

Technical Capabilities We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a full-time engineer—but you do need to be a builder and LLM AI enthusiast as this technology drives our product strategy.

Examples:

• Writing code with AI developer tools (Codex or Claude)
• Building lightweight services, scripts, or assistants
• Working directly with structured datasets
• Translating operational logic into executable workflows
• Partnering closely with data science on forecasting systems
