Work Arrangement: Hybrid, you’ll be expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm | Saturday and Sunday Off

The Role
We're looking for a Recruiting Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team to support new hire onboarding for Honduras, South Africa, Romania, and the US. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing critical support to them, internal HR, and business stakeholders to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.

This hybrid role will require 1 day in the office each week, with flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays to connect early and support new hires as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all new hires
- Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
- Provide consistent and thorough communication with recruiters and candidates
- Partner effectively with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure an efficient hiring process
- Verify the complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary
What We Expect From You:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition (6 months - 1 year minimum)
- Good organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with local and remote team members, with prior experience in corporate onboarding
- Strong English skills
- Flexibility to connect early on Thursdays and Fridays to support new hires
Nice To Have:
- Prior experience with HRIS or ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Familiarity with onboarding processes across multiple countries.
- Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate new hire needs.
