This role is critical to the success of the migration program. It requires strict adherence to process, strong attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to ensure data accuracy and customer readiness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of data-related tasks across multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
  • Follow defined step-by-step instructions for data requests while applying critical thinking to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
  • Perform thorough quality checks to validate migrated data against source files and documented customer requirements.
Tool Proficiency & Customer Focus
  • Use Excel and/or Google Sheets at an advanced level for complex data manipulation, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data validation.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, recognizing that data quality and timeliness directly impact the customer’s ability to launch successfully.

What We Expect From You:

  • 1+ year of experience in a data entry, data processing, or data support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including handling large datasets (10,000+ rows) and using advanced functions.
  • Proven ability to follow detailed instructions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and deadline-driven.
  • Experience using a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Operations teams.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
  • Training and professional development opportunities
  • Be part of a people-first, values-driven organization
  • Work with innovative global partners and diverse teams
