Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off

The Role
As a Safety & Compliance Associate for our dating platform, you will help maintain a safe and respectful environment for our global community. This role focuses on handling user reports and inquiries via email, requiring strong written communication, sound judgment, and emotional resilience.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of cases while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Due to the nature of the role, you will be exposed to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, so comfort handling this type of material is essential.
This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who are motivated by meaningful work that contributes to user safety and platform integrity.
What You’ll Do:
- Help uphold the platform’s Community Guidelines by identifying and addressing policy violations with accuracy and sensitivity
- Meeting performance targets (KPIs) related to ticket resolution, quality, and response time
- Handling a high volume of Safety & Compliance cases via email with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
- Reviewing and responding to user reports in alignment with internal policies and safety standards
- Making consistent, well-reasoned decisions in time-sensitive situations
- Managing workload pressure while meeting productivity and quality expectations
- Escalating critical or high-risk cases according to established procedures
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Collaborating with Trust & Safety, Compliance, and Quality teams
- You bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to your work, understanding the importance of advocating for and protecting LGBTQ+ communities in online spaces.
