Training Schedule: Open to shifting schedules (subject to business requirements)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off | Schedule will be affected by DST

The Role
We are looking for a bright, articulate, and detail-oriented Technical Support / Platform Associate who is passionate about supporting digital products and ensuring smooth publishing and web platform operations. You’ll play a key role in managing mobile application publishing, maintaining web platforms, and supporting internal teams with technical processes and documentation.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, reliable, and proactive, with strong technical fundamentals and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and take ownership of platform accuracy and performance. Your focus areas will include:
- Supporting mobile application publishing and maintenance
- Managing and updating website platforms
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and resources
- Ensuring compliance with platform requirements and best practices
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and support mobile application publishing processes, including Apple Developer and Google Play Console.
- Work with App Store Connect, DUNS resources, and related tools to ensure successful app submissions and updates.
- Build, update, and maintain websites across multiple platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy.
- Troubleshoot publishing, platform, and website issues, escalating when necessary.
- Create, update, and maintain documentation related to app publishing, website management, and internal processes.
- Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely releases and platform stability.
- Promote a detail-oriented and quality-driven approach to all technical tasks.
What We Expect From You:
- Experience in publishing mobile applications using Apple Developer and Google Play Console.
- Familiarity with App Store Connect and DUNS resources.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites on platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment under pressure.
- Passion for delivering reliable, high-quality technical solutions.
