The Role

As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting professionals who rely on critical systems and services in their day-to-day operations. This isn’t just another support role—your work helps ensure smooth processes in environments where accuracy, speed, and reliability truly matter.

You’ll be the go-to person for handling account inquiries, processing orders, coordinating service requests, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping others, this role is for you.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality support via phone and email in both Dutch and English
  • Process orders, returns, and billing adjustments with accuracy
  • Coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Document all interactions clearly for reporting and compliance
  • Escalate complex cases following established workflows
  • Maintain a customer-first, solutions-driven approach in every interaction
     

What We Expect From You:

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience providing Dutch-language customer support
  • At least 2 years of experience handling email and phone support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and order platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
