The Role
We are redefining financial technology for real estate investors. We aren't just looking for a support associate; we are looking for a Onboarding Specialist. Your mission is to take high-value landlords, who are often brilliant investors but may be "old school" or tech-resistant, and lead them through a seamless digital transformation.
You will partner directly with our Account Executives (AEs) to manage the critical "Last Mile" of the sales process: migrating complex financial data, setting up banking structures, and ensuring our largest users are deeply "locked in" to the ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
- Executive-Level Onboarding
- Lead 1-on-1 "White-Glove" implementation sessions for high-value landlords.
- Act as the project lead, setting expectations and timelines for the customer to ensure they reach "Active User" status within 14 days.
- Confidently navigate non-sophisticated users through digital banking applications (KYC), rent collection setup, and virtual card issuance.
- Financial & Data Migration
- Act as a "Data Concierge," taking messy spreadsheets, bank statements, or exports from legacy platforms (e.g., Stessa, AppFolio, or Excel) and mapping them into the bookkeeping module.
- Ensure historical data is accurate, reconciled, and organized to provide immediate value for the user's tax reporting.
- Consultative Technical Lead
- Identify "Resistance Points" in the user’s current workflow and prescribe platform features as the solution.
- Translate complex Fintech jargon (e.g., ACH rails, Ledger-based accounting) into "Landlord Language" (e.g., getting paid faster, staying tax-compliant).
- AE Partnership & Retention
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure a smooth hand-off from "Signed" to "Set-up."
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (e.g., noticing a landlord has 10 more properties they haven't moved over yet).
What We Expect From You:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a client-facing onboarding or success role within Fintech or SaaS.
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of property management accounting or general bookkeeping principles.
- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. Ability to simplify complex processes for non-technical users.
- Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
What You’ll Get In Return:
- Be part of a people-first, values-driven organization
- Work with innovative global partners and diverse teams
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Competitive base salary
- Generous paid time off
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
- Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
- Training and professional development opportunities
