What We Expect From You:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
  • Alignment with and support for LGBTQ+ community values
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Strong technical proficiency with mobile apps and backend systems
  • Ability to process high decision volumes efficiently and accurately
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability to evolving policies, tools, and processes
  • Organized and process-oriented work style
  • Prior experience moderating or participating in online communities (preferred)

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Be part of a people-first, values-driven organization
  • Work with innovative global partners and diverse teams
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
