The Role
Our  Global Accounting Manager will be responsible for establishing accuracy by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. Supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the assigned entities. The Accounting Manager will work closely with our accounting management team.



What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes across multiple entities
  • Oversee multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
  • Support global consolidation activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting
  • Partner with regional finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and company policies
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requirements
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and accounting automation initiatives
  • Support ERP system utilization and enhancements to improve reporting and operational efficiency

What We Expect From You:
  • CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong exposure to global accounting environments, including multi-entity operations, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency transactions
  • Experience managing month-end close processes and financial reporting activities
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards (IFRS and/or US GAAP)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-regional stakeholders and supporting audit activities
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
  • Background in shared services, or multinational environments
  • Experience with system implementations or process transformation initiatives
  • Prior team leadership or mentoring experience
