The Role
The CRM Administrator role is an individual contributor jointly responsible for the strategic planning, maintenance, and technical configuration of Crescendo’s HubSpot platform. This is a highly collaborative role that balances deep technical backend work with significant internal customer interaction. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that HubSpot is optimized to support our sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Requirements Elicitation: Engage directly with internal business partners to analyze operational pain points and elicit detailed functional requirements for HubSpot enhancements.
- Technical Implementation: Perform advanced administration, configuration, and troubleshooting within the HubSpot environment, including workflows, custom objects, and property management.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Evaluate, implement, and support integrations between HubSpot and other platform systems to ensure seamless and secure data flow.
- Strategic Roadmap: Strategize with management on new HubSpot feature rollouts, app integrations, and process improvements.
- Governance & Security: Collaborate with the information security team to ensure HubSpot configurations meet Crescendo standards and perform regular access audits.
- Change Management: Follow standard change management and configuration processes for the CRM to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and project updates to both technical teams and non-technical internal stakeholders.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain comprehensive admin guides and best practices in Confluence while training internal staff on new HubSpot procedures.
What We Expect From You:
- HubSpot Expertise: Strong knowledge of administering and configuring the HubSpot platform (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
- Business Analysis: Proven ability in requirements elicitation, business process engineering, and analysis techniques.
- Technical Implementation: Knowledge of modern SaaS architectures, cross-platform integrations, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Process Discipline: Experience applying structured IT change management procedures to a production CRM environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional business acumen and the ability to build relationships with internal customers.
- Scripting/Automation: Familiarity or experience with modern scripting languages for advanced automation is a plus.
