The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly help center documentation for a growing B2B SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll turn complex product workflows into easy-to-follow articles, FAQs, and guides that help customers succeed independently.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams, test workflows firsthand, and ensure documentation stays accurate as the product evolves. Your work will directly reduce support tickets and improve the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Write, edit, and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and step-by-step guides
- Independently explore and test product features to document real user workflows
- Translate technical and product requirements into clear, customer-friendly language
- Update screenshots, visuals, and references to reflect ongoing product changes
- Audit existing documentation to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content
- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to validate accuracy
- Ensure documentation follows established style, structure, and best practices
- Support documentation needs for new feature launches and product updates
What We Expect From You:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- A strong understanding of software documentation standards and best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating clear, concise content.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
- Experience with TechSmith products (Camtasia, Snagit)
