What we’re looking for:
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written (CEFR is at C1 or C2 level)
- Previous experience in customer or technical support in a BPO or contact center environment
- Open schedule availability
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
- A positive attitude and eagerness to grow
- Availability to start working in February
