What we’re looking for:

Excellent English skills, both verbal and written (CEFR is at C1 or C2 level)
Previous experience in customer or technical support in a BPO or contact center environment
Open schedule availability
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment
A positive attitude and eagerness to grow
Availability to start working in February
