The Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Experience & Upselling Specialist, you’ll support customers of an indoor skydiving brand by answering questions, managing bookings, and recommending upgrades that add value to their experience.
This position requires strong communication skills, sales awareness, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Support reservations, changes, cancellations, and post-experience needs
- Confidently recommend add-ons and upgrades when appropriate
- Handle objections while keeping the experience positive
- Log customer interactions accurately in CRM tools
- Hit performance goals for quality, CSAT, and upsell conversion
What We Expect From You:
- Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written (C1 to C2 level on the CEFR scale)
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or upselling, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment
- Experience supporting customers across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously while engaging with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
