The Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and innovation-focused Talent Marketing Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire top talent while elevating our employer brand. This role combines recruitment, talent marketing, sourcing, employer branding, automation, and AI-driven recruiting strategies to build scalable talent acquisition programs that support rapid business growth.

The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology, automation, and innovative recruiting approaches to improve efficiency, enhance candidate experiences, and create a competitive advantage in attracting exceptional talent.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Engagement
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across multiple business functions.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.
Talent Marketing & Employer Branding
  • Design and execute talent marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, career sites, and talent communities.
  • Create compelling recruitment content, including employee stories, culture campaigns, videos, blogs, and targeted messaging.
  • Strengthen and promote the company's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Develop innovative candidate engagement strategies that increase awareness and conversion of qualified talent.
Innovation, Automation & AI Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to automate recruiting processes, reduce manual tasks, and improve recruiter productivity.
  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing, screening, scheduling, CRM, and talent intelligence tools to enhance hiring outcomes.
  • Design and implement recruitment automation workflows, candidate nurture campaigns, and talent community engagement programs.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging recruiting technologies and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive innovation initiatives that improve quality of hire, speed, scalability, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to pilot and implement new recruiting technologies and automation solutions.

Recruitment Analytics & Process Optimization
  • Monitor recruiting funnel metrics, campaign performance, sourcing effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data and insights to optimize talent attraction strategies and hiring outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into recruitment performance and pipeline health.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Sourcing, or Employer Branding.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
  • Experience utilizing ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

Preferred
  • Experience recruiting within technology, AI, SaaS, BPO, or high-growth organizations.
  • Experience implementing recruiting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-driven hiring solutions.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and employer branding.
  • Experience using tools such as Gem, Beamery, Phenom, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold, SeekOut, HireEZ, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead innovation projects that improve recruiting effectiveness and scalability.
