The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our finance team. In this position, you will handle various accounts receivable activities including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure payments are recorded accurately, processed on time, and any billing concerns are resolved efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Record and post incoming payments on a daily basis
- Support collection activities and address outstanding balances or discrepancies with assigned customers
- Handle chargebacks and disputes, working closely with the Sales team when reconciliation is required
- Convert chargeback information from PDF documents into Excel files following specific formatting and data requirements for entry into the partner’s accounting system
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate and complete customer records
- Prepare weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports for management review
- Provide support during audits when necessary
- Generate and analyze AR aging reports
- Code corporate card transactions and ensure proper documentation is attached
What We Expect From You:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with EFSET results at C1 or C2 level
- Up to 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail when preparing, typing, and reviewing documents while managing priorities and deadlines
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information responsibly
- Capable of organizing and managing daily workload effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including asking the right questions to reach solutions
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and working with multiple applications
